With our modern rail system "Gastro Y-Rail" we offer the catering industry a cost-effective operating option during and after the pandemic. Our solution serves food and beverages from the kitchen to the tables safely, quickly and contact-free. Several food carts can be used at the same time, all automatically controlled from an intelligent control center.

Complex rail management and fast deliveries can be easily completed by the Y-Rail, in accordance with corona regulations. Waiters and waitresses now have more time to attend to guests’ concerns, advise them, or take orders. Through our crowdfunding campaign, we would like to finally bring life back into our gastronomy, so that we can go out and dine in company again.

ASSEMBLY LINES IN MANUFACTURING

The individual production steps within the assembly process can be carried out more efficiently and in parallel with the use of the switch system.

The simple switches of our Y-rail system make it incredibly easy to implement bi-directional operation with all variants of crossing options, compared to known monorail systems (e.g. I-beam system with movable switches). Adaptations of the system to the application-specific requirements, such as actively actuated switches, implemented by a mechanical tongue, or magnetic field switching, in order to save costs on the vehicle or on the roller carriage, are absolutely feasible. Our Y-Rail track systems with rail diameters ranging from 19mm to 400mm are the perfect infrastructure solution for your application!
